Miss Amy is profoundly Deaf since birth, and the only deaf member of her family. She grew up with bilingual language with both verbal and Sign Language.
Based on the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland, Miss Amy is passionate about supporting families in their journey of learning Auslan (Australian Sign Language) and breaking down barriers for deaf and hard of hearing children.
At Mini Auslan, you’ll find a range of play-based language development activities designed for children aged 0-12, all aimed at fostering real-life learning through Auslan. Miss Amy offers face-to-face Auslan lessons, After-School Programs, Baby Auslan, and personalised support for families navigating their unique journey.
